Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, Bobbie Reads requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. No shows will be charged the full amount of their service cost. Refunds are not issued for cancellations however you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointment will be rescheduled 2 times. If the third appointment time is not kept, the service is cancelled and the service cost forfeited. You may transfer your Live Tarot Reading to a Recorded Tarot Reading. All sales are final. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reading time, it will result in the forfeiture of your reading and a cancellation fee of the purchase price of your reading. No shows will not be rescheduled and will result in the forfeiture of your reading and a cancellation fee of the purchase price of your reading. Policy for classes and trainings: All sales are final. If you are unable to attend the course, you will have access to a recording of the training/course.
